Detox Regime, Protocols and Procedures

The world we live in, the body is constantly being exposed to toxins, sadly.

The good news is that the body is naturally self-healing and self-detoxing, if given the correct diet, hydration, and alkaline environment. All we must do is get out of the body’s way and stop polluting it for healing to begin.

Once we give the body the cleanest internal environment, it does all the work for us. 

Within the world of Detoxing, there are multiple ways to detox. Some are more aggressive and faster than others, while others are slow moving but more sustainable for someone looking to detox long term.

Always though, More effective = More challenging

Water fasting/aggressive fasting is not good right away for someone coming from eating dairy, gluten, starches, animal products etc. Or if one has parasites.

• 5+ Days Water Fasting requires professional supervision of a detox coach and/or Facility. Having someone there assessing you and assuring you of your detoxification process is critical to doing it safely and effectively.

• Juice, Fruit and Herb fasts with intermittent fasting and periodic one-two day water fasts if possible is the best place to start.

• Using Fruit and FRUIT ONLY, to monitor/support, speed up or slow down detoxification when water/juice fasting. No Salads, cooked foods, or other food products, as this can be dangerous and harmful to the body.

Water Fasting will always be the Most Advanced form of fasting.

• When Water fasting, it is important to be Fully Surrendered, No Physical Activity, and in a State of Peace, and in a Frequency of Healing.

• Most Intense Detox Symptoms come at the start, and slow down as the fast progresses.

For Slower Less Intense Detox Symptoms;

• I Highly Recommend to first start on your Detox Journey by removing animal products, gluten, dairy, processed food etc. and begin incorporating as much fruit as possible.

• A Juice Cleanse is a good place to start if one is looking to ease into the healing journey. Juice Cleanses are always a healthy way to begin your detoxing process before going into fasting. It is also more practical for people who wish to continue participating in daily activities, and commitments, as this still provides the body Glucose and Glycogen for energy, but gives the body a break from Solid Foods. This is not true fasting however, as Glycogen is still being utilized, so no stem cell, autophagy, or intermittent fasting benefits will be achieved.

• Going on a short Mono/All Fruit Cleanse, the more fruits eaten, the better.
